Job Summary:
As a Project Engineer, you will provide critical leadership in project engineering, ensuring safety, environmental, and capital objectives are met for development projects. Your role will involve technical support throughout project development, operations, and commercial phases, from inception through commissioning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Champion safety as the top priority in all work activities, aligning with the company's Core Values. Utilize core expertise in naval architecture and marine engineering to manage projects, including stability booklet updates, weight estimates, and major vessel system upgrades. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute Stage Gate Process, preparing presentations for senior management. Monitor project financials and provide accurate forecasts for budget management. Conduct risk analysis, mitigation, and integration activities for projects. Develop and supervise engineering activities, defining project systems and equipment requirements. Coordinate timely preparation of project work packs with detailed technical specifications and material requirements. Manage vendor relationships, including RFQs, evaluation of quotations, and ensuring adherence to project and company standards. Supervise project teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and regulatory requirements. International travel may be required to oversee shipyard activities and drydocking as necessary. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in naval architecture, engineering or equivalent, with experience in project engineering of offshore oil and gas marine construction projects.  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with scheduling programs such as MS Project or Primavera is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure and coordinate diverse teams effectively. Work Authorization:
