Responsibilities
This role significantly impacts project success by providing interdisciplinary coordination, technical leadership, and client management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while also supporting business development efforts.
Technical Leadership & Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure project solutions meet quality goals. Guide technical staff in developing high-impact engineering proposalsProject Execution & Management: Plan and deliver projects on time and within budget. Oversee project schedules, staff, and reporting to ensure successClient Relations & Strategic Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact. Negotiate and manage project scope to ensure client and company satisfactionFinancial Oversight & Reporting: Monitor project financials, providing regular updates on status and performanceBusiness Development & Marketing Impact: Drive marketing efforts, identify opportunities, and support proposal initiatives

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or a related field) OR PMP Certification and 5 years' applicable experienceDesign Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in a nuclear energy facilityMinimum of 5 years' experience in the nuclear industry as an Engineer or Project ManagerAbility to understand and work with budget and accounting processesExcellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skillsEffective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teamsWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sitesAbility to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeksPosition may occasionally require a client site assignment lasting several months at a time Additional InformationAbout ENERCON:
