As a Project Engineering Admin you will support the Project Managers, Engineering Design Team, Project Teams, and Construction Team in their day to day activities to develop and implement projects at the Port Arthur Site. **As a Project Engineering Admin, you will...** + Support the Project Managers and project teams by entering purchase requisitions and processing invoice in SAP. + Manage the departments procedures and standards: tracking of reviews, revising documents with provided updates, and uploading of documents to management system. + Cross train with other positions within the department/site to serve a backup on as needed basis. + Manage office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is maintained. + Participate in daily clerical assistance for department (mail, filing, expense reports, maintaining calendars, appointments, handling visitors/customers, etc.) + Secure confidential information and maintain confidentiality of information. + Coordinate meetings/events for department personnel. + Support site functions as requested (United Way, Miracle Match, etc.) **If you...** + Have high school diploma or equivalent. + Have minimum 3 years of related experience.SAP experience is valuable. + Posses computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, Power BI (preferred) + Have the ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality. + Have strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize work with minimum supervision, and organize documents. **Create your own chemistry with you@BASF** At BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
