**Description:** You will be the Project Engineering Asc Mgr for the IAMD PAC\-3 International Logistics Manager team\. You will lead a team of field service personnel, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure program success\. CITIZEN \- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Ability to obtain a security clearance required • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field \(e\.g\., engineering, operations management\) or equivalent experience in a leadership or management role • Knowledge or ability to learn all aspects of the IAMD \(PAC\-3 / THAAD\) Field Operations, including technical and tactical operations for launcher, missile, and interceptor efforts • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of field service personnel • Strong technical and logistical background in field support / depot operations skills required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with customers and program offices • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities • Minimum of 5 years’ experience or equivalent working in a military maintenance / field / deployment environment **Desired Skills:** Experience in a similar role, managing field operations personnel and coordinating program support • Knowledge of military systems and operations, particularly in the defense or aerospace industry • Experience with expatriation and repatriation activities, coordinating logistics and personnel movements • Control Account Management \(CAM 101\) training and understanding of earned value management system processes and procedures • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and integrate program assigned functional efforts • Engineering team lead experience in working with Logistics and Sustainment Engineering disciplines • Experience with budget management, tracking expenses and managing program budgets **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 \- $217,500\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
