A typical
day will be participating in internal kickoff meetings to identify what support
is required to Bid Management for proposal support. Create engineering
documentation and provide comments/exceptions to client specifications.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Reviewand comment on technical specifications, document lists, and approvedvendor lists received from clients for rotating equipment proposals.
+ Developproject specific engineering documentation such as Inspection and TestPlans and Client Document Lists.
+ Developengineering cost estimates for proposals considering all relevant teammembers, such as Customer Order Engineering, Product Line Engineering,Project Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement
+ Resolveany special requirements for Winterization/Tropicalization
+ Resolveany special tagging requirements
+ Workand coordinate design configurations across multiple engineering platformsand locations and deliver a unified engineering solution for a project.
+ Innovate,creatively apply lessons learned, and implement cost-effective solutionsfor proposal support, requirements management, and order-handover, thatprevent non-conformances during Project Execution
+ Supportmeasures that yield year-on-year Engineering cost-productivity benefits inboth Proposal and Project Execution phases

+ Thisoutstanding position will collaborate with the Team Lead of Front EndEngineering- Project Engineering, providing direct access to globalleaders in Engineering, Sales & Proposals, SCM, and Product Lines.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelorof Science Degree in an Engineering field or related
+ 5+years of experience in Rotating Equipment for Oil & Gas and otherProcess Industry applications, through roles in Proposals, Customer OrderEngineering, Product Line Engineering, or Manufacturing
+ Engineeringhour estimation and cost out experience
+ Experiencein responding to technical queries in face-to-face meetings withcustomers, quality inspection and test plans, mechanical and electricalutility requirements, and winterization
+ Experiencewith Industry Standards, such as API
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Current SE employees with existing visa sponsorship may be eligible for visa transfer.
+ The base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $106,500.Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, locations and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
