As a Project Engineering Manager, you will…

Lead capital project execution and contractor safety for Ban Khao Din and Banglen Plants. You will manage engineering design, CAPEX scope, schedule, cost, and compliance while mentoring a team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

Develop basic design for process improvements, including mass and energy balances

Collaborate with external consultants and global engineering teams for process and control system design

Define project scope aligned with operational and business goals

Prepare cost estimates and project proposals for CAPEX approval

Manage all project phases: planning, cost, time, quality, and scope

Oversee safe construction and commissioning of automation/control systems

Ensure all work meets internal compliance, safety, and quality standards

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering

Experience in food, beverage, or chemical industries or engineering design firms

Proven track record in CAPEX project management

Strong leadership and communication capabilities

Fluent in both Thai and English, written and spoken
