Project Engineering Manager

If you are a highly motivated Project Engineering Manager, we have a phenomenal opportunity for you! In this highly visible role, in our Stafford, TX facility, you will promote the sales of Pressure Management products and serve as a liaison between the sales channel and the Company, while directing the technical support function provided to customers and Sales.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead workload and overall performance of the project engineers. Assist with training program to develop project engineers. Provide technical assistance to the field salesperson concerning product applicability and installation practices. Take an active role providing support in evaluating special project proposals including specifications, terms & conditions, pricing, and quotation submittal. Coordinate and participate in customer sales presentations. Define and coordinate special customer product modifications. Analyze common product problems and coordinate solutions.

 For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Management or other related field OR in the absence of a degree equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive engineering experience Validated knowledge of industrial products and applications  Knowledge of ASME and ASTM standards Ability to travel within North America 15% of the year

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:                                                                                  

Experience managing a team of direct reports  Pressure relief and/or regulator experience  Experience in a client facing role, such as Marketing or Sales Knowledge of company systems, procedures, and personnel   SAP and/or Oracle knowledge
