Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and innovative teammates.
You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring delivery meets the highest quality, cost, performance, and schedule commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Engineering Team, Methods & Tools Community), oversee project technical risks and mitigation plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the project solution design, including customization and configuration to meet project commitments, but also supervise Verification & Validation activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Leadership in technical scope management and customer acceptance
Experience in rail signalling projects
Effective management of project technical risks and variations
Validation of technical design choices with peers and the Solution Director
Ensuring regulations and standards are incorporated into project solutions
Functionally leading and assessing the project engineering team
Interfacing with the project core team to support various project stages

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field
Experience or understanding of the full lifecycle of project deployment
Knowledge of team management, both functional and hierarchical
Familiarity with cost and planning control within an engineering scope
A certification in Project Management or Business Administration is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
