As a Project Engineering Manager, you will:
• Lead the CPS Logistics Field and Depot Operations Team
• Manage personnel and coordination efforts to CPS at all field and depot operation locations, providing direction to subordinates using established policies and precedents
• Oversee CLS, to include FSR/CLS coordinator scope, repair and return coordination, “as maintained” configuration, MRO and FRACAS.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external Customers
• Apply Lockheed Martin's technical processes, tools and validated methodologies to ensure property custodians successfully execute required tasks
• Shepherd the program through depot capability standup and execution
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Periodically travel domestically in support of the Program.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong understanding and practical experience implementing SAP iMRO and OASAS IT systems
• Worked as depot lead at LM facility
• Demonstrated technical depth and breadth related to field and depot operations, including authoritative level technical depth in at least one engineering or management subject area and experience in adjacent fields
• Experience with Engineering and Systems Engineering development processes and all phases of development life cycle (to include proposal, design, qualification, requirements verification/validation, production and deployed system support)
• Program/Project Management and Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience with the ability to articulate complex technical and programmatic issues to subordinates, peers, management and customers
• Experience with product support management and integration of the 12 integrated product support elements
Desired Skills:
• Experience with managing and interfacing with multiple customers
• Development and review of handbooks for technical adequacy.
• Development of maintenance engineering and logistics support.
• Experience in all phases of development life cycle for missile and/or launch vehicle programs and supporting CLS scope of missile, launch vehicle, spacecraft or aircraft hardware
• Familiarity with configuration control and quality control tools and systems (e.g. EPDM, Q-notes)
• Working closely with military unit leadership, major subcontractors and DCMA
• Working with customer representatives at the GS-14 and O-5 levels or above and Lockheed Martin leadership at the Director level or above
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
