Corrpro Companies is looking for a Project Estimator.  

Corrpro is a corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies.  Corrpro is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company.

Estimate labor, equipment, materials and subcontractors for Cathodic Protection projects

Develop project costs and work package specification using InEight, Microsoft Excel and Word

Initiate and recommend solutions to problems related to the product, process and quality systems

Produce and distribute production schedules

Review contract or delivery order and its specifications of work

Review referenced technical documents along with all pertinent bid estimating data

Develop a planning checklist, maintain planning documents and revisions

Distribute Work Package Specifications along with work references

Visit job sites to determine appropriate costs and schedules for projects and communicate recommendations to management and the customer

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field

AMPP / NACE CP Certification preferred

1 years of construction or engineering project estimating experience

Knowledge of Cathodic Protection systems helpful

Strong software and Internet skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge of InEight estimating software helpful

Strong organizational and multitasking experience, as well as experience working within a busy environment required

Experience interacting with customers and strong customer service attitude

Must be able to travel 5 - 10% of the time
