Responsible for developing and reviewing project estimates across various stages, ensuring quality assurance, alignment with estimating standards, and collaboration with third-party estimators.
Job Requirements:Demonstrated experience in project estimation
Knowledge of AACE estimate classifications (Class 4 & 5) for initial project stages
Ability to provide quality assurance for Class 3 estimates developed by third parties
Experience using estimating tools and guides for contingency assessment and monthly spend plan development
Familiarity with CBS coding and ensuring alignment with estimate iterations
Preferred Skills:Experience leading estimate development and review meetings
Ability to conduct field walks and incorporate findings into estimates

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
