We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! The Manager, Project Execution is responsible for overall success of the Cold Chain Project business. This entails Project Management and Project Coordination from the quoting stage to the closing stage. The Manager, Project Execution ensures all functions are meeting or exceeding their key performance indicators (KPIs) and the functions are clearly defined with workflow paths from start to finish. The Manager, Project Execution also seeks new growth opportunities and continues to expand the function to support the business. Objectives of this Role: + Growth opportunities through expanding the project management function + Track projects and programs, providing reports as needed + Manage the governance process to plan, prioritize, track, and align work efforts across strategic projects and initiatives; adheres to project management methodologies, tools, guidelines, and standards; conducts project postmortem and stop/start/continue audits. + Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress, and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts, and updates project plans as needed. Consolidates, communicates, and ensures resolution of all issues. Develop and collect performance metrics. + Utilize interpersonal savvy, problem solving skills, and managerial courage to successfully address all issues pertaining to projects + Build and maintain relationships across the organization to facilitate successful project execution and management + Coordinate reporting across all teams and identify key information that require management attention and need to be discussed in governance meetings + Maintain the governance model, including stakeholder lists and meeting schedules + Ensure PMO methodology and standards are being used across all projects; actively participating in the continuous development and implementation of a centralized Project Management Platform, ensuring local applicability and adoption + Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, on-scope and quality + Work cross-functionally to align the timing, agenda, and expected outcome of relevant meetings as well as execute the discussion and document / communicate the outcomes + Generate recurring revenue opportunities promoting building management, software as a service, and enabling customer success Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: + Report out on Project Execution performance including financially, operationally, and strategically + Create objectives and goals that align with the overall business strategy + Assess gaps, identify, plan, and implement preventative or corrective actions + Conduct root cause analysis as required to outline corrective action + Collate and publish weekly and monthly program forecast and % complete of forecast and accuracy calculations + Work planning and perform work plan management, including integrated work plans Who You Are: + Strive for continuous improvement + Strategic mindset + Requires exceptional interpersonal, project management, and management skills + History of delivering solutions that eliminate costs, reducing complexity, and accommodating changes + Ability to influence cross functional teams to implement and sustain new programs and processes + Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Report out to senior executives and peers Skills and Qualifications: + BS in Engineering, Business, or related field + 3+ years in Management, operations, and project management + Leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
