This includes the position encompasses project management, engineering, reporting and governance, and forecasting, and planning. This role The Project Execution Lead will collaborates with key functions across the global Food organization to harmonize processes supporting these activities while balancing customer and commercial business requirements. **Team** This role collaborates with key functions across the global Food organization to harmonize processes supporting these activities while balancing customer and commercial business requirements. **Responsibilities** • Lead multidisciplinary teams of project managers, program leads, engineers and analysts to deliver Process Engineering, Capital Equipment and Integrated Solutions to Food and Beverage clients, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations. • Oversee and execute complex projects which may include Process Design, Manufacturing, Installation, and Commissioning of Capital Equipment, Engineering Services, and Integrated Solutions. These projects may also involve Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services. • Take ownership of risk management across technical, operational, commercial, and contractual parameters for assigned projects, proactively identifying and mitigating risks in project execution. • Track and communicate internal project performance metrics and provide regular status updates overall status to the Food and AGI Leadership Teams. • Lead the project team in developing and maintaining accurate project budgets and forecasting in order to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end revenue recognition targets. • Quickly escalate project issues, resource gaps, or risks that could impact project execution, timelines, or customer satisfaction. • Celebrate and communicate key project milestones and wins successes to drive team motivation and stakeholder confidence. • Identify, develop, and retain top talent across project execution, fostering a high-performing team with the right technical and commercial expertise in engineering solutions and capital equipment delivery. • As a key member of the Global Food Leadership Team, work directly with the SVP Global Food to develop and execute the 3-Year Strategic Plan and the evolving needs of the food and beverage industry. • Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across project execution processes, procedures, and tools, with a focus on increasing efficiency and streamlining the project lifecycle. • Serve as the primary interface between Food functions across project execution, ensuring communication and collaboration to improve project performance results and customer experience. **Qualifications** **Education:** Post Secondary Degree in Engineering or Business **Experience:** •15+ years relevant experience in project management, manufacturing, or engineering. •Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus. •Experience with Food processing equipment a plus. •Candidate should have experience with managing projects within in a percentage of completion (POC) revenue recognition environment. •Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required **Why AGI?** **Leading the Way in Global Food Supply Chain Solutions** AGI is a leading global expert in providing farmers, processors and commercial customers with the right equipment and customized engineering solutions to produce, protect and deliver the world’s grain, fertilizer, seed, feed and food supplies. Dedicated to safety, innovation and customization, AGI offers one of the largest catalogs of equipment and full-service planning and engineering services for the storage, blending, mixing, conveying, conditioning, and processing of agricultural products worldwide.
