Job Title: Project Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement, open communication, personal connection, and support for all team members and stakeholders. This role requires initiating and maintaining liaison with the prime client to facilitate project delivery, establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate and client policies.

ResponsibilitiesInitiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate project delivery.Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate and client policies.Confer with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties/responsibilities, and delegate authority.Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, coordinating with management for recruitment and assignment of project personnel.Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.Review project proposals or plans to determine the timeframe, funding limitations, project procedures, staffing requirements, and available resources.Review status reports from project personnel and modify schedules/plans as needed.Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.Coordinate project activities with those of governmental agencies and subcontractors.Understand and analyze CPM-based project schedules.Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure the project is built safely, on schedule, and within budget.Represent the company in owner progress meetings.Manage financial aspects of contracts and be responsible for project profit or loss.Lead and/or delegate leadership of project meetings.Mentor and assist with career development of other team members.Participate in strategic planning efforts as it relates to assigned markets.Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.Other tasks and duties as assigned.Essential SkillsBachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.10+ years of experience/knowledge in construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.Experience with federal contracts.Additional Skills & QualificationsPE and/or DBIA credentialing is a strong plus.Work Environment

This role can be fully remote but requires up to 80% travel. The company offers profit sharing, typically 15% of salary, and negotiable car allowance and/or vehicle options, as well as housing credit and/or per diem.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $200000.00
