The main responsibility of a Project Finance Controller is to ensure the financial follow-up of a Suez’ infrastructure projects in the Philippines, including financial planning and controlling, contract management, risks mitigation and opportunities identification.
Management of financial reports (Monthly Project Reviews and Actualization meetings on a quarterly basis) and closing processes according to Group requirements (monthly and annual). In charge of percentage-of-completion calculations (PEC), cash flows management, rolling forecasts, budgets and medium-term plans on the project.Implementation of Group internal control rules (KPIs follow-up and procedures) and improvement of controlling processes (continuous improvement).In charge of potential audits on the project.Billing and collection management.Communication and support to Shared Services Center (based in HK) and the Group Finance (based in Paris) when needed.Identification of opportunities (cost savings, potential claims, etc.) and risks on the project (R&O matrix).Business partner of the Project Manager.
