Essential Responsibilities

Project scope

Partner with Commercial and Tendering team to structure better offers in terms of pricing, risk control, margins and deals terms and conditions.Work with project management team to ensure as sold margin are executed until project completion.Lead complex and strategic projects and manage project portfolio ensuring margin control, risk mitigation and project accuracy.Coordinate and strengthen project finance processes across region, promoting best operational visibility.Ensure strong controllership, financial instructions and polices are implemented for project portfolio.Promote accuracy, consistency and purity for project financial reports (actual and forecasting). Ensure  P&L and Balance sheet for project financials are properly performed.Coordinate accounting analysis & reconciliation, estimates, pacing, and closing activities.Projects monthly review ensuring cost and margin control, risk mitigation and project accuracy.Seek for standardization, simplification and automatization with a Lean mindset.Be a Business partner to Regional PMO to drive vision, business initiatives, growth and profitability at site level and project level and execute finance activities.

Factory scope

Standardize processes within the units, lean close process by eliminating ‘waste’. Guarantee the right usage of SAP, in alignment with BL standard guidelines.Ensure financial measurement and reporting system at site level are accurate providing management with appropriate information.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance related areas.Solid experience in Operations Finance within an industrial organization.High proficiency in SAP on Projects and Manufacturing modules.  Lean mindset.Established analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills in a matrix organization.Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.Fluent in Portuguese, English and desirable Spanish.
