Project Finance Management Senior Specialist

We are looking to expand our Airlines business unit Finance team, with a Project Finance senior specialist, to support our business strategy.

The purpose of the role is to guide a cross-functional Finance Project through the definition and planning phases and then oversee and support the project to completion using Project Management methodology.

Job Description

Common accountabilities:

Has relevant experience and knowledge in Project Management.Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and outcomes, contributes to cross-functional projects, proposes improvements to processes, and is accountable for own and team commitments.Works independently within a plan set by the manager, with some guidance on more challenging situations.

Specific accountabilities:

Create and implement work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects.Ensure oversight of project elements (risks, issues, and dependencies).Ensure that the project adheres to budget, time, and quality standards and delivers the anticipated benefits. Responsible for resolving issues and ensuring project success.This role involves preparing the following important deliverables1. Meeting coordination: Project Status meetings2. Documentation: Project Management Plan including schedule, cost, scope…3. Communication with both internal and external partners4. Project accounting: progress reports, budget managementOur ideal candidateYou are graduated from a Business School or University Degree with focus on Finance, Controlling, Finance transformationYou have at least one strong experience in a controlling, finance, business planning type of role, leading a project at significant scaleYou are eager to learn and like to adapt to different prioritiesYour English is fluentYou like to work with people and communicateYou have project management skillsYou love Excel and SAP is a plus
