Project Implementation Consultant

Complete Job Description:

1. Continuously and proactively learn (and be familiar) with the BIPO’s products and services updates to ensure effective project implementation and client services.


2. Shall serve as the subject matter expert of BIPO HRMS family suite and
responsible of technical project delivery and implementation.


3. Act in a consulting role on assigned projects.

4. Ensure full understanding on the scope of services of each new project
and successful implementation thereof:


>Work as a part of the project team – coordinating activities with
Project Manager(s), HR Service Delivery Manager, Implementation
Consultant(s) and working effectively with customer and team members
of all levels;


>Manage the execution of the project plan and deliverables for
the project.


>Leads project design sessions and relevant technical activities
including but not limited to systems implementation, integrations and
process consultations.


>Accountable for the completion of the Business Requirements
Documentation (BRD);


>Configure and set up BIPO HRMS solutions based on gathered
requirements from the customer and provide insights on best practices.


>Ensure proper handling of client’s data,


>Accountable for the completion/documentation of the User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scenarios and test scripts.


>Partner with R&D team internally and with customer externally to
design, test, and maintain any necessary integrations, as well as ensure
existing interfaces continue to run smoothly and provide accurate results.


>Work with client to convert legacy data into BIPO HRMS (data
migration)


>Execute and improve the entire cycle system implementation
methodology and adhere to provisioned man days for the project;


>Ensure client’s proficiency with BIPO platform through trainings
with clients.


>Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross - functional teams in a timely manner to ensure implementation issues are addressed early


5. Prepare daily and weekly status reports for client projects


6. Provide support as needed to sales team during the pre-sales phase until
such time a sale is won;


7. Provide technical support for the BIPO HRMS family within the company;


8. Attends regular meetings to ensure that all product, services, and client - related activities and concerns are raised and discussed for appropriate
action.


9. Attend to post implementation support activities as needed and provide
expert resolution to issues or concern raised by the customer/s.


10. Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering BIPO HRMS
solutions to clients.


11. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
