**Project Implementation Manager** Biosample Project Managers Phillipsburg, NJ, US Pay Rate Low: 43.00 | Pay Rate High: 48.00 + Added - 11/06/2025 Apply for Job **Job Title:** Project Implementation Manager **Location:** Phillipsburg, NJ **Terms:** Temp to hire (1 year) **Schedule:** 40 hours per week, onsite with possible hybrid opportunity **Pay Rate:** $43 - $48 per hour **Job Description:** Our client, a leading manufacturer in the life sciences industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Implementation Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects supporting growth initiatives and continuous improvement. This role requires managing projects from planning through execution while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a cGMP-regulated environment. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop project scopes and objectives. + Develop detailed project plans to track and monitor progress ensuring timely delivery. + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and update project tracking systems. + Communicate project challenges and escalate issues to senior management as needed. + Schedule and lead team meetings to review progress against timelines and deliverables. + Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks. + Prepare and deliver all necessary documentation for project phases and milestone meetings. + Lead tollgate/milestone meetings to assess readiness for project stages. + Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve project issues related to scope, quality, timing, or budget. + Assist with sister site projects as needed using Microsoft Project for planning and monitoring. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, scientific, engineering discipline, or related field required. + Minimum 5 years project management experience in regulated industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology. + Experience managing projects and programs to completion with demonstrated success. + Project management training required; certifications a plus. + Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO9000, FDA regulations, and related compliance requirements. + Familiarity with quality, regulatory affairs, or IT systems project management. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment. + Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience with gated project/program management preferred. **Additional Requirements:** + Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time. + Auditing experience preferred (FDA auditing a plus). + Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.
