Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Information Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines document control expertise with comprehensive project administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage project-related information, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate documentation across multiple projects while maintaining exceptional organizational standards. Experience with document control systems and strong administrative capabilities are essential for this position.

What You Will Do
Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and technical submissionsCoordinate and compile comprehensive CV packages for project teams and bid submissionsDevelop and maintain document control systems and administrative proceduresHandle project administration including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and action trackingCreate and maintain project filing systems, both digital and physicalProcess and distribute project correspondence and documentationPrepare professional presentations and reports for internal and external useManage document control platforms and train team members on proper usageCoordinate with multiple departments to gather and organize project informationMaintain quality control standards for all outgoing documentationSupport bid preparations and proposal submissionsTrack and maintain project records, including timesheets and expensesAssist in the preparation of project deliverables and client presentationsYour Qualifications
8+ years of industry experience in Document Control or Information ManagementProven knowledge of using and configuring EDM Systems such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint FP, Autodesk BIM 360 DocsExperience with ISO 9001 standards essential, BIM Level-2 information management experience an advantageKnowledge of Autocad advantageous, Revit a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong leadership, organisational, communication and relationship management skillsKnowledge and experience in all phases of projects in the UK, Europe and abroadProven ability to provide excellent client service, prioritise and work well under pressureSelf-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervisionPlease apply for this Project Information Manager role and submit your CV for review.
