Job Description: Supports PIM in maximizing the efficiency of the project team and achieving the project goals through optimum application of Automation technology tools and methods. Performs required job functions within the framework of project-specific requirements, project automation budget and schedule, and the plans and procedures established in the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedure Manual (PPM). Supports the Project Automation team and functional management in analyzing the work process, and identifying / implementing the desired electronic interaction between the client and Fluor. Coordinates assigned aspects of scope definition, planning, implementation and training to support Project Automation initiatives. Identifies potential software or technology licensing or export issues. May provide task-level guidance to less experienced personnel as assigned. Assists in remote collaboration tools and procedures; may develop training components and/or deliver training sessions. Provide functional and IT support as assigned. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
