Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities The individual selected for this position will support the Customer’s organization responsible for business and process application processes. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with the program sponsor to analyze existing applications, systems, and business processes to provide the necessary guidance for update to ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Modules. The candidate will engage with different IT organizations and assist with the research, and implementation of enterprise processes. The candidate will gain deep insight into the customer’s business priorities and lead consulting engagements, enabling customers to meet their mission, business, and system needs. The candidate will assist with the continuous improvement of designing and implementing tool procedures for the enterprise process. The objective of this role is to work closely with IT Organizations to establish any possible changes to the ServiceNow ITSM Module, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB). Prepare deliverables (ex. Weekly status reports, monthly PMR slides, project schedules, process/procedures documentation) as necessary. Assist with updating briefings and training material as changes necessitate. Provide input to customer satisfaction and customer feedback loops for change management. Apply, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques. Perform strategic systems planning, business information planning, and analysis. Ability to gather user requirements and gleam the importance across an enterprise user base Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Assist in establishing standards for information system procedures. Other duties as assigned. Willingness to achieve ServiceNow Certifications Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline   BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 Ability to fully coordinate project schedules   Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations   Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports   Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence   Ability to compose technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports   Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data  Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment   Demonstrated ability/proven track record of leading projects teams and working independently as appropriate.
