Position Description

Reporting to Finance Manager, the incumbent will lead and manage process changes to cope with the implementation of system replacement or other digital projects that would uplift process efficiency and data analytics in the finance function, covering Hong Kong operation and potentially other businesses or Group functions as assigned. 

What You'll Do Lead process changes to cope with system replacement or other digital projects involving the finance function, as project manager. Drive changes necessary for successful project implementation, including staff engagement and communication in Finance and other departments for any changes in processes/ practices/structure. Support Finance, IT and other functions to ensure project benefits can be sustained in the long run. Coordinate and collaborate with internal users, IT, external vendors throughout different phases of assigned projects. Consolidate input and requirements among stakeholder teams to ensure that changes in processes, structure, workflows are thoroughly considered. Provide regular updates to management and various stakeholders on project progress, including organizing meetings and driving actions arising thereof. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for system/digital solutions . Provide timely support to Finance Manager on project implementation, as required. What You'll Need A recognised bachelor degree and minimum 3 years of work experience in related discipline. Strong experience in managing (or having significant role in) projects related to process changes Finance / accounting knowledge, and experience in system replacement is a plus. Proficiency in English and Chinese Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
