We are a local family-owned and operated company seeking team members in Kalispell, Montana. We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. This is a great opportunity!
In this role your primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to);Supervise and lead team members on project sites. Communicate daily expectations to the team, ensuring your team properly completes assigned work and reinforces company guidelines, policies, and procedures daily. Responsibility will include critical decision-making to ensure project effectiveness and client satisfaction. A dedicated individual who can effectively problem solve while working in a supporting role for their team, as well as independently with minimal supervision. Pay: $19-21 (depending on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:Create a welcoming work environment, demonstrate a drive for results, and go above and beyond in service of the client with minimal supervisionEnsure all tools and supplies are properly maintained, replaced, and reach each job site Lead the Team in the organizing and sorting of household items for the scope of the project.Know the scope of projects, these projects can vary from sort and organizing, distribution, liquidation, donation, resettling, and moveTrain and supervise team members along with assistance from the operations coordinator. The accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and/or accidents to the Owner. Monitor/reinforce safety procedures, assisting in maximizing sales and profit goals while leading by example Ability to communicate with the operations coordinator regarding; changes to the schedule, employee issues that may be arising, and client complaints/concerns. Partner with the owner to conduct performance reviews, ongoing training, coaching, and performance management of team members. Report daily progress in Trello and communicate additional needs that the project will have. Site leads who have specialist categories to include but are not limited to Inventory Management, Social Media Sales, etc. Other responsibilities as neededQualifications & Skills:Must possess a valid driver's licenseMust have a reliable source of transportation to commute to project sites. High School diploma or equivalent training requiredMinimum of one-year supervisory experience preferredAbility to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced and unique work environmentExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsOutstanding customer service, organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills are requirements for this rolePhysical/Environmental Requirements:Frequent lifting, bending, moving, climbing occasionally, transporting, placing, and removing household items for staging, liquidation, donation, and resettlingWalking and/or standing in varying weather environments
