This position is responsible for leading small software development projects. Project Leads are responsible for the definition and efficient and timely execution of software development projects. Additionally, in this position the candidate will be responsible for the development of CMMI Level 3 compliance processes and associated documentation as well as DoD mandated Cyber compliance requirement for the delivery of software products.

Required Skills:

Security Clearance: Eligible to obtain Secret, active and transferable clearance preferredThe candidate must be a US citizen and have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance (refer to: http://www.dss.mil/disco/indus_disco_Intrim.html)PMP certification5+ years of experience developing Quality Assurance plan in support of CMMI appraisals5+ years of experience with CMMI version 3 processesExperience leading internal CMMI audits

 Additional Skills:

Experience working within an Agile development team

 Key responsibilities are the following:

Develop and implement processes compliant to CMMI Level 3Develop and maintain the required CMMI Level 3 artifactsDevelop and implement processes compliant to DoD Cybersecurity StandardsDevelop and maintain the required DoD Cybersecurity Standards artifactsDevelop a plan for the definition, execution and delivery of a software productMonitor the progress of the software development team with respect to the plan and facilitate communication between the development team and the stakeholdersParticipate in Agile style development ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning and Sprint ReviewsQuickly adapt to new technologies and skill as required.
