The Role
Ventia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead’s to join our team for a key maintenance contract in the Pilbara region. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality maintenance services on-site, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and the ongoing success of critical infrastructure projects. As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of maintenance teams, coordinating all project activities, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive performance, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain safety standards across the project, contributing to the long-term success of the site.
These positions are casual ongoing roles, working 12hours days on 2:1 roster, with flights from Perth Airport and accommodation provided onsite. Shutdown works may require you to work either day shift or night shift.
The pay rate for this position is $90.00 per hour flat rate (including casual loading and allowances).

Lead and manage the execution of maintenance projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance tasks Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth and effective project execution Promote a strong safety culture by conducting regular safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks Serve as the key point of contact between Ventia and stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and site management teams Develop and manage detailed schedules for all maintenance activities
