Ensure that required prerequisites (e.g., design inputs, tools, and documentation) for project leading are in place before commencing work.
Leads engineering activities, using proactive, effective methods and resources to minimize costs, enforce to schedules, and maintain high-quality outcomes.
Leading project scope - comprehends the work scope for assigned engineering tasks and ensures its timely delivery within the specified budget and schedule. Promptly communicates any modifications initiated by the customer to the respective Project Manager.
Cooperates and work closely with project team members within and outside the department/division.
Procurement - supports the Project Manager in the development of the procurement list, including detailed specifications for any sub-contracted works and services where relevant, along with required delivery dates.
Customer Relations - Support the relevant Project Manager in understanding, leading and achieving each customer's expectation.
HSE/Quality control - ensures that all engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with the Company's quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved - adheres to company's and customer HSE standards at all times.
Assist in software engineering activities for our customers on-site.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Engineering degree, state-certified technician, completed vocational training or equivalent knowledge
10+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of handling DCS/SIS/PLC system design, implementation and site work experience of project.
Good interpersonal & communication skills in Korean and English
Traveling is a part of the job as required.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Ability and talent to lead a multi-national technical team - with leadership experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and within defined timelines.
MAV/MIV lead experience is preferred.
