Information Services Project Lead Position Summary
The Information Services Project Lead is responsible for leading information systems installation and upgrade projects of moderate to high complexity. This includes: Leading projects from start to finish under minimal supervision, Managing all activity related to assigned IS projects, Working with vendors and team members to identify tasks and effort required to carryout assigned projects, Identifies and assists in securing resources to support project plans, Coordinating the effort of multi-disciplinary teams including development, technical, business and vendor staff and appraises the work of project team members on assigned projects, Participating in project budget development and monitoring, Implementing systems and achieving project deliverables within budget and agreed upon time frames, Formulating, defining, managing and maintaining clear, concise project communication and documentation that addresses project scope, objectives, expected benefits, and change management items, Identifying project issues and directing the team appropriately in determining and implementing resolutions, Managing customer expectations to ensure alignment with project scope, goals and objectives. The Information Services Project Lead will work closely with the Information Services management team to develop and refine methodologies, standards and processes relative to project management. This position is also responsible for educating and guiding others in the use and application of the defined methodology standards.
Information Services Project Lead Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other computer related field or healthcare related field. Extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements on a case-by-case basis.Experience
Minimum of three years experience in Information Systems project management with proven leadership, analytical, problem solving and customer service skills. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in and use of project methodologies. Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project resources on multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrates effective problem-solving and effective issue escalation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.Information Services Project Lead Schedule
Normal schedule is predominately day shift. Frequently required to work beyond normal end of shift. Occasional evening or weekends may be required during special projects or circumstances. Available for “on-call” as circumstances dictate. Limited travel may also be required.Information Services Project Lead Benefits
At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range: $37.87 - $58.71 Commensurate with experience
