Project Lead - Investment & Fund Services

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment & Fund Services Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Define and execute multiple complex projects and initiatives within the Investment & Fund Services team, collaborating with Project, Product and Technology partners to ensure successful implementation.Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant, guiding business domains in change management and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, while actively contributing to the change management leadership.Facilitate change and maintain transparent communication with key stakeholders, providing updates on progress and managing dependencies with other initiatives.

What you need to have:

Master’s Degree or equivalent.At least 10 years of experience in program/project management and/or Investment Operations and Fund Accounting, with a proven track record of leading large and complex programs.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive and leadership levels.

What makes you stand out:

Experience in middle and back office functions, such as Investment Operations or Fund Accounting, is highly desirable.Proven ability to manage and coordinate implementation and change activities across multi-functional teamsChange management credentials, demonstrating your capability to lead people and clients through their change journey.
