What you do
Acts as main point of contact between the project team and Head of PA and has responsibility and accountability for progress of the project, outcome and deadlines.
• Communicates and monitors procedures, rules and guidelines affecting the teams to ensure compliance and functionality of all automations and improvements implemented
• Ensures proper training process in place for the team
• Contributes with the team to test campaigns ( defects, RFC) and updates implemented robots to insure functionality post each Release in accordance with Non Regression test results
• Working with the Project Team and Lean agents to produce a work plan with appropriate time lines and resources; matches resource against priorities, using maximum flexibility to achieve the project goals
• Organizing and chairing monthly Project Team meetings, arranging for the distribution of minutes/action items, and ensuring action items are carried out
• Compound progression decisions, Lead Optimization and implementation of project initiatives and actions, and presents results on a regular basis.
• Collaborates with RCC managers, Local heads and project teams to provide regular reports in agreed format
• Making sure project is properly and timely monitored in Jira
• Appointing individuals to the project team, and making sure that all the project team are of the appropriate quality and experience
• Requesting additional support from RCC Head of PA for the project team as necessary
• Coordinates regular meetings with lean agents & project teams, act as principle point of contact
• Acts as an Expert in harmonization of the processes with the other regions
• Responsible for coordination of new processes implementation, testing & improvement of the processes
What you bring
Educational requirements
* Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
* Experience in Accounts Receivables, Colection would be a plus
Functional knowledge
* SAP
* Excel
* demonstrated knowledge of financial and insurance sector
* Language: Excelent English level required with any additional language as an added value
Business expertise
* 3-5 or over 5 years experience in insurance / credit insurance / banking
* expertise and experience in mapping processes, process diagrams and design of automated solutions
* excellent knowledge of EH processes and organizational model and products/services offered
