We are looking for a Project Lead Statistician to join us in our Early Development Statistics team, based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Monheim (Germany), Slough (UK) or Raleigh or Atlanta (US) offices.

 

About the role

Provide strategic direction and continuous leadership of the biometrics (statistics) team – this can be a Therapeutic Area, Complex Compound with multiple indications, or an expert biometrics (statistics) team in a specific area (e.g., safety, launch, pre-clinical)Determines, leads, influences the translation of strategy to tactical planning, operations, and qualityKey member of the Development Team for one (or more) compound(s). Expected to work closely with the Development and Regulatory leads to provide guidance and influence on the overall strategy

What you’ll do

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

PhD (preferred) degree in Biostatistics or Statistics, or equivalentSeveral years in a management position of global teamsStrong knowledge of drug development across all phases.Multiple therapeutic area knowledge (preferred)Understands how the functional expertise and contributions fit into the bigger pictureProven influencer and collaborator in an asset development team environment
