Project Leader, Staff Scheduling Transformation, temporary position until 31.08.2026
Candidate profile (title) Who you are Candidate profile (text) - Default language We are looking for a new Project Leader who can support us in making a big shift in our Staff Scheduling (which we call People Planning) and turn it into a modern way of supporting our co-workers in the best possible way.

This is a temporary position until August 31st, 2026.

To succeed in this position, we think you should have a good knowledge of web technologies and IT infrastructure from a technical point of view. You know what is important to bring into discussions with internal and external partners and the ability to get it through in a clear way.

As our Project Leader People Planning, you will plan, drive and deliver the People Planning project, including time, cost, scope and quality according to set expectations and prioritization.

You will also:
• Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks to keep the project on track and create awareness on time in case of issues
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between the project and line organization to ensure common expectations
• Manage effective communication with all stakeholders
• Coordinate procurement and vendor relations within the project, including follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor, to secure lowest cost of delivery and delivery according to expectations
• Perform project reporting, through providing the Country People Planning Manager with key milestones, updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance
• Drive continuous improvement of quality and performance in assigned project in agreement with the Country People Planning Manager in order to ensure outcomes are met
