Your Role

We are looking for an Electronic Devices Project Leader who will focus on developing Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and electronic board/device integrated in the Technogym Equipment.

In this role, you will develop tablet like and microcontroller-based HMI and other electronic sensor/devices (e.g. NFC, Bluetooth), working closely with your R&D  Department colleagues.

Your Impact Manage specifications, project documentation and project budget Co-design partnership development with international suppliers Set up and define the requirements and the functional, reliability and regulatory specifications of modular systems to be developed Plan, coordinate and control outsourced development activities and their integration within the specific product development projects. From technical specs to mass production Support the certification of the equipment on which the systems are implemented Respect of target cost, time to market and reliability goals About You Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering 3-5 years’ experience in the automotive sector and/or in industrial/embedded systems or panel PC and/or appliance and/or consumer electronic.  Knowledge of ARM and microcontroller-based digital electronics (basic knowledge of hw design) Electronic/TLC skills (LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, cloud computing, UART, etc.) Basic knowledge of software architectures (Android, FreeRTOS) Knowledge of Design-to-Cost techniques and ability to use them profitably in development with cost targets Project Management and problem-solving skills Strong aptitude for planning and controlling internal and external activities Good teamworking, work planning and organization skills
