Project Leader Program Management

**What you’ll do:**
Responsible for all planning and scheduling activities of the NPD (New Product Development), NTI (New Technology Introduction) Project(s)/Program(s) and sustaining projects and as per their budget allocations. Support Program Manager to Lead the Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance.
• Leads the creation of the integrated project plans & schedules, project budget in partnership with the team and the organization. Collect, forecast and manage cost and report on project budget / schedule
• Help Program Managers in managing the Lifecycle execution of the New Products Introduction program(s) and New Technology programs and projects for Aerospace business.
• Help Program Managers execute IPT leadership across the Project(s). Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Provides feedback on performance indicators.
• Help Program Manager to establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
• Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Support Program Manager for communication & management of customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business.
• Ensures standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by coordinating with program Managers for monthly reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports.
• Provides monthly project updates (Project Status Report – Green/Yellow/Red) of the current situation relating to milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional, and group levels.
• Support Program Manager in developing business proposals and executing the overall program plan.
• Help PM to control efforts and expenditures within limitations of project budget responsibilities.
• Create work orders to track project financials.
• Perform other job related duties.
**Qualifications:**
• Graduate bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electronics / Civil Engineering
• Overall 3-5 years of experience, Min 2 years of Project scheduler/ coordinator
**Skills:**
• Certification PMI-SP Project “Management Institute Scheduling Professional” will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Primavera, Microsoft Project, and other SAP and project planning software
• Microsoft Power BI hands on to design, build, and deploy reports and dashboards, providing insights to improve decision making
• Knowledge of financials to manage Profit & Loss, ATD, EAC, Gross Margin, NPV & IRR for a project/program
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customer.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Highly analytical and methodical in developing work systems.
• Expected to use critical-thinking skills and possessed strong problem solving skills to reach objectives conclusions.
• Should able to work with High paced environment with intense deadlines
• Should able to work with great deal of details and accuracy.
• Have excellent communication skills, service oriented attitude and the skill to establish and maintain rapport
• Ability to multi-task, work on several projects or tasks at once, manage time, organize and set priorities.
• Thorough and extensive knowledge of project controls principles, theories and concepts
