About this Opportunity

As Implementation Management (Permit Responsible) at Ericsson, you will be responsible for all communication and follow-up with government organizations, authorities, and ministries of Qatar, such as MoD, Ashghal, MMIPD, Civil Defence, MOI, CRA, GDNR, QMA, etc.

What You Will Do

•    Customer Liaison Experience: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government organizations and authorities.
•    Document Handling: Manage all document submissions to customers and stakeholders related to work permits, access permits, and subcontractors' documentation.
•    Application Progress Reporting: Follow up on all applications and provide regular reports on their progress.
•    Work Permitting Process: Utilize strong knowledge of the Works Permitting process in Qatar, including the QPRO platform (RFI, DR, RO, etc.) to ensure clearance of NOCs and work permits.

You Will Bring

•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, or a related discipline).
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience 
•    Government and Private Premises Access Permission: Experience in preparing applications for access permission in government and private premises.
•    Subcontractor Management: Ability to follow up with subcontractors to ensure fulfilment of work permitting requirements.
•    Documentation and Filing: Experience in handling documentation and filing related to government organizations and authorities.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word), and basic use of AutoCAD.
•    Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and work well in a team environment.
•    Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English.
•    Valid Qatar Driving License: Possession of a valid Qatar driving license.
