What You'll Be Doing

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Compliance Monitoring: Oversee and ensure compliance with all contractual terms, regulations, and company policies, conducting regular audits and reviews to identify potential areas of non-compliance.

Enforcement of Contractual Obligations: Actively enforce contractual obligations, addressing any breaches promptly and effectively, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Risk Management: Identify and assess compliance risks associated with contracts, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and prevent future occurrences.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, procurement, and project management, to ensure that all contractual obligations are understood and met.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and enforcement actions, preparing reports for management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, or a related field

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
