Who we are looking for
As a representative of the ETRM group, you will be amid State Street’s multi-year technology transformation journey, regulatory requirements and technology risk assurance programs of various Business Units within State Street. The candidate will closely work with the global ETRM team leads and other cross functional teams such as First Line of Defense (FLoD), Technology divisions (Global Technology Services - GTS, Global Cybersecurity Services - GCS etc.) and Third Line of Defense (TLoD)
What you will be responsible for
As an Assistant Vice President, Project Manager, Communications, Training – ETRM, you will be responsible for providing support on below areas:
Lead the end-to-end planning and project management aspects of the ETRM Strategic PlanCollaboratively plan, organize, track and report the status of all elements of the ETRM Strategic Plan, including stakeholders within ETRM, cross-functional teams such as First line of defense, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, etc.Develop, communicate, maintain the end-to-end project plan, including scope and change controlPersuade and influence colleagues at all levels of the organizationUse a broad array of communication vehicles to lead, direct, and facilitateAnticipate critical issues and risks, and takes responsibilities for resolution including escalation where appropriateLeverage JIRA/Confluence sites to track the end-to-end project planEnhance and maintain the training and communication program in support of ETRM functionsWhat we value

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Communications or relevant areasMinimum 7 years of experience in project management, with some exposure working at a financial services firmFamiliarity in Technology and Cyber risk management frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL etcRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP), experience with Toastmasters, are a plusAbout State Street

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
