Responsibilities: • Assist in monitoring project milestones, documenting progress, and reporting performance to stakeholders. • Assist in collecting, organizing, and distributing feedback, ensuring timely implementation of comments. • Assist in recording meeting minutes, tracking action items, and following up on BIC. • Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and generating progress reports. • Participate in safety training, promote safety awareness, and assist in ensuring compliance with safety protocols. • Assist in conducting field visits to inspect project sites, resolve issues, and provide feedback to the team. • Assist in developing and analyzing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and addressing cost discrepancies. • Support procurement strategies, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and tracking timely deliveries. Required Education: + Matriculated in undergraduate in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA + Major(s): Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Business Management.
