We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.

In this role, you will:
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Establish effective project controls, procedures and quality assurance processes.Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address themImprove current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
Act as the communication arm for the Executive Management team other executives in the organization, clients or major stakeholders. Acting as the sounding board to the Executive Management for new ideas and initiatives
Collaborate with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of tasks from key program management to holding and chairing various strategy sessions.
Planning and executing senior management meetings, all-hands meetings, and department off sites. Track overall costs within budgetMaintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.Adhering to all relevant processes/procedures and by liaising with compliance department about new business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also and when applicable, by ensuring adequate resources. Management of multiple and diverse stakeholders and sponsors

Graduate degree in management / technology from a reputed university will be desirable. Experience in Networking Coordination across organization functionsExperience in creating management packs and decks for very senior stakeholders (CxO staff) is desirable. Experience of being successful in roles which have had a high degree of ambiguity while working towards outcomesNimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions. Strong reporting skills, with a focus on intradepartmental communicationAbility to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities. Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global environment is desirableNavigating – understanding and translating project objectives and aligning direction accordinglyAspiring – being ambitious about providing the highest standards of deliveryDriving – setting stretching goals for self and teams and delivering them with courage and tenacitSustaining – making considered decisions that protect and enhance HSBC values, reputation and businessYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
