The Position
To provide an engineering student experience related to engineering fundamental, manufacturing, basic project management within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The Early Talent Program will require on-site work at our West Lebanon, NH facility.
Program Start: May 27, 2025.
Program End: August 15, 2025.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
Relationships
Reports to the Manager of Project Management. Directly supports a business or a function. Contacts are primarily within immediate work unit but may include internal departments, visitors and customers. Build relationships with other participants in the Summer Early Talent Internship Program.
Essential Functions
Assist Project Management team with shutdown projects
Develop a good understanding of good manufacturing practice (GMP)
Develop a good understanding of project management in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Develop a good understanding of stakeholder and project management tools
Proactively build relationships with stakeholders
Create and develop the project plan
Monitor and control project work
Perform all job duties and responsbilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with others
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be currently attending an accredited four-year college or university pursing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a related Engineering major
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Experience Level: 0-1 years of relevant experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
