Due to continued growth, our Power Delivery group is seeking a Project Management Administrator to join our team working in our Kennesaw, GA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Tampa, FL location. Responsibilities Accumulate and compile accurate cost data to prepare the project budgets, prepare project Estimate-to-Completes (ETC), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and, Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Assist Project Managers in the development of Project Work Plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), WBS dictionary definitions, and Earned Value (EV) methods & techniquesParticipate in project reviews and schedule update meetings with company or client managementInputs data in various scheduling, cost or EV management tools and generate schedules, labor hour reports, cost reports and EV reportsPrepare reports with critical deadlines, including client reports, internal trend reports, and project schedule compliance reportsExamine a variety of recording and reporting documents and summaries to verify accuracy and conformance with specific functional, corporate, contract, government, or professional accounting requirementsMaintain the established project costs/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reportsReconcile reports and financial data with other records on file. Identifies inconsistencies, deviations from policies, and errors; performs appropriate corrective actionsProcess contracts/amendments/purchase ordersSet up and maintaining projects in the project management and accounting systemDistribute hours and people assignments in the project management and accounting systemRun reports, analyzing data, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to Project ManagersReconcile actual charges to budgets to ensure revenue and financial posting accuracyCoordinate quality assurance project training and client required trainingPerform uploads of engineering products to client document portalPerform editorial reviews of technical documents. This review consists of procedural adherence as well as readability reviewsPlan, execute, and finalize projects according to established schedule and within budgetUnderstand, develop and maintain project management plans, project quality plans, and manage project staff to ensure project requirements are metAssist in assembling subcontractor bid packages, processing subcontractor contract documents, and receiving and processing subcontractor invoicingFormulate / develop detailed project status reportsFoster and maintain working relations with assigned clients, act as a single point of contact for one or more assigned clientsManage client interactions and negotiate / control job scope to client and the company's satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent related industry experience in federal government, contract services, utilities, or engineeringExperience in business administration, project controls or support role in a technical or consulting environmentDemonstrated business/financial aptitudeMust have the ability to effectively balance conflicting prioritiesExcellent organization and time management skills, very detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment and always be professional due to the confidential nature of the project workAbility to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal directionIntermediate to Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel (including tables/charts/formulas) and Word (including formatting)Excellent communicator with the ability to work and communicate across all levels of an organizationExcellent attention to detailAbility to travel less than 5% of the time#LI-MB1
