Summary

We are seeking a Project Management Analyst to support our work with the U.S. Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD. As the organizational expert you will work closely with a team of engineers, designers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. This role will be critical to the organization and aid with developing & delivering cutting-edge technologies and solutions to protect national security. HII has been providing engineering and management support to the U.S. Army Research Laboratory for over 10 years, and the exciting work we do for this customer keeps growing with new and continued support in RDT&E.

What You Will Do Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience. Experience in cyber response operations. Experience leading Scrum teams. Active DoD Secret Clearance 
  Preferred: Bonus Points For Experience in technical program management. Scrum Master certification. Experience with cybersecurity policies.
