As part of the Information Systems (IS) Governance Team, you will help manage and improve the PMO office in Asia.
In your assignment, you will be working with the team in Singapore and across Asia to help track and manage projects, and requests that come to IS. You will also have opportunities to manage small-scale IS projects as well.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with end users and internal users to determine, track and ensure projects are delivered on time, cost and scopePrepare project communication materials as neededActively participate in requirements gathering, planning, and daily stand-up meetingsIdentify areas of improvement and help to implement changesRequirements:
Degree in Information Technology or any relevant fieldBasic understanding of Information Systems would be helpfulCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsProject Management knowledge would be an advantageCommitment: Able to commit on a full-time basis for ideally 6 months (or a minimum of 5 months)Learning Outcomes
