Project Management Associate - Project Coordinator RIN Job ID 203968 Posted 02-Apr-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Data Centers, Project Management Location(s) Louisville - Kentucky - United States of America **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES** · Assist Leads and Project Managers with day-to-day project administrative functions. · Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures · Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings · Document and follow up on important actions and decision from meetings · Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings · Ensure project deadlines are met · Provide administrative support as needed · Developing project strategies with the Lead Technician, Superintendent, and Project Manager · Ensure projects adhere to requirements and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project · Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable · Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members · Coordinate, manage, and make travel arrangements for technicians traveling to the project · Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities · Perform project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk to the project. · Order, track, sort, inventory, and receive materials · Track labor production to ensure milestones are met · Collaborates with the entire organization · Primary liaison between Project Manager and Lead Technicians · Submit access requests for employees and testers · Manage all test results and maintain them in the project’s as-built folder. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Minimum 5 years’ experience. + 2 years of experience on construction projects. + Excellent communication skills. + Proficient with Microsoft Office + Good understanding of building networks. + Ability to plan and organize a team effort. + Good client management and building goodwill. + Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of teams. + Effective time management and logical decision-making ability. + Strong focus on quality and safety. **Equal Employment Opportunity:** CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
