Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida. This role involves assisting in the comprehensive management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance within the required framework and supporting construction work performed by external parties at the project site. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing projects to ensure compliance with budget, scheduling, and safety goals. • Support construction activities performed by contractors, vendors, and suppliers at the project site. • Participate in reviewing planned work, verifying completion according to design requirements, and assessing contractor payment requests. • Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials. • Help maintain scope control, budget oversight, and resolution of technical issues. • Facilitate performance reporting, scheduling, and tracking of work-in-progress. • Engage with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to ensure smooth project execution. • Reinforce expectations related to safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff. • Collaborate with safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration teams. • Interface with the project's designated management committee and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in reporting and analytics to interpret project performance • Experience with compliance, ensuring all project aspects meet regulations and standards • Familiarity with payment processing procedures • Understanding of budget processes, able to manage and allocate resources effectively • Commitment to quality, ensuring project outcomes meet or exceed expectations • Skilled in scheduling, able to plan and manage timelines efficiently • Expertise in project management, able to lead and direct projects to completion • Experience in dealing with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners • Ability to monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments • Proven track record in improving productivity within a project setting • Engineering or construction background preferred • Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards • Experience in providing oversight on projects, ensuring all tasks are completed as planned • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the project • Familiarity with commision functions and expense account management • Experience in developing validation plans to ensure project results are accurate • Ability to implement corrective action when project deviates from the plan • Experience in contract administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met • Knowledge of cyber-security principles and practices • Familiarity with various project interfaces, able to manage multiple stakeholders • Expertise in resource allocation, ensuring all project resources are used efficiently Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
