Job Overview:
Project Managers report to the Director of Facilities Planning Design and Construction and are responsible for the implementation, coordination and control of all activities for capital improvement projects in accordance with the Facilities Mission Statement with an efficacious on healthcare construction. Typical projects range from $5,000 to $5,000,000.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of Degree
Job Responsibilities:
Works to keep projects on schedule and under budget
Works Closely with customers as part of the project team
Manages projects in accordance with the Facilities Mission statement
Documents projects by maintaining organized files and reports
Scrutinizes expenditures, proposals, bids and change orders
Following The Joint Commission Guidelines
