Job Title: Project Management Coordinator

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Salary: $55-65K plus bonus 

Job Summary of the Project Management Coordinator: The Project Manager Coordinator will coordinate and manage all activities related to the execution of small and medium-sized projects with the Project Management Office. The Project Manager Coordinator will manage the organization of key client projects delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Responsibilities of the Project Management Coordinator :

Support all corporate objectives and policies. Accountable for the coordination and completion of all assigned projects on time and within profitability expectations. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects and developing a detailed project plan, setting deadlines, monitoring and summarizing the progress of all projects; within the Project Management Office. Initiate, execute, and close out projects according to established processes. Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are achieved. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, in accordance with PMO and GPMO standards. Responsible for reporting on project status to local and global management. Work directly with customers to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Clear, direct communication with customers managing expectations. Communicate customer concerns/issues internally and execute recovery or response. Strong ability to multi-task and manage various projects in different markets. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. On-site project meetings when necessary. Enter orders for assigned projects. Uphold the Core Values Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Project Management Coordinator :

o   Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Sharepoint)

o   Proven communication skills to interact with team members

o   Proven critical thinking skills to resolve questions and problems related to orders.

o   Strong organizational skills are a must.

o   Knowledge of SAP a plus.

o   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

o    Willingness to travel up 15% as needed, which could include international travel and/or weekends as projects demand

o    Entry level Project Scheduling experience – working with MS Project or Primavera

o    Entry level Project Management experience – External-facing communication and management (customer service experience is okay or internship experience)

o    Entry-level Technical Writing Skills – ability to outline work instructions

o    Moderate Technical Ability – able to read and comprehend basic design/manufacturing drawings.

o    Moderate Financial/Business Acumen experience.
