We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering high profile, high value and mission critical major projects. This position will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest standards of quality and safety.Project Manager will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, regulatory bodies and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of project management duties on allocated projects

About the Role:
Provide strategic input, experience and expertise to organise, set-up and expedite the project for successEstablish and maintain overall project delivery plan, including the cost, schedule, quality and performance baselineCoordinate owners requirements and inputs to the project, including compliance with end user requirements, including coordinate authority, third party and stakeholder interfaces such as Project Approvals and Power Supply ConnectionDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, discipline inter-relationships, construction sequencing and project scheduleEstablish and maintain communication protocols across the project, including from internal departments and other stakeholdersAbout You:Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with project Management qualification or similar equivalent training in the Engineering and Construction industryMinimum 7 years Project Management experience for Data Center or other related Mission Critical environment projectsDemonstrated career progression in Engineering and ConstructionAbility to plan, organize and manage an international team of multi-disciplined resourceWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
