Your New Role...

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Graduate Intern. This entry-level role is suitable for candidates with limited project management experience. As a Graduate, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of senior leaders, contributing to the successful and timely delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop foundational project management skills.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Support the successful and timely delivery of projects, contributing to your team's overall success.Identify simple and straightforward solutions to problems, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.Assist in driving the resolution of problems and seek guidance from more experienced team members when needed.Foster constructive dialogue and seek professional resolutions when faced with differing views.Play an active role in project execution, including clear communication, organizing project timelines, securing commitments, identifying the critical path, triaging issues, and monitoring launch operations.Apply processes and standards thoughtfully, utilizing industry-standard tools to support project execution.Collaborate with team members to determine the appropriate level of process and structure needed for project success, minimizing unnecessary overhead.Support positive outcomes by providing data and insights to guide decision-making.Seek to understand your team's role within the business and its broader context within the organization.Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal form, with stakeholders and team members in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience...

You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2024.  Strong desire to learn and develop project management skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting project goals and objectives.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies is a plus.Experience in project management, either in a professional or academic setting, is a plus.

The Internship...

Salary: £28,000Contract Length: 10-12 monthsStart Date: Likely to be 8th September 2024You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more. You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!

Stage 1: Submit your CV as soon as possible (we will close adverts when we have enough applications). Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue.Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interviews via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in April. Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place May-June.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
