We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Project Management team. As a Project Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting and supporting the PMO team. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with project managers, coordinating tasks, and contributing to the successful execution of projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in project management within a dynamic environment.
In addition, we are looking for experience with MS Teams, SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, MS Planner and MS Project. These skills will be helpful in creating useful tools to improving the efficiency of our teams’ workflows.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist with the administration and improvement of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
Create training materials and programs, ensuring effective execution for target groups.
Collaborate on the creation and rollout of new or improved processes and tools for project teams.
Project Documentation:
Support the PMO in setting up a project management dashboard.
Develop and maintain SharePoint and confluence sites dedicated to the PMO.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage risks, constraints, issues, and dependencies.
Work closely with project managers or end users to understand business needs and ensure project success.
Reporting and Communication:
Assist in consolidating reports and monitoring project progress.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
Education:
Pursing a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fields such as Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellence in MS teams, SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus.
Familiarity with internet applications and PC Windows.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Experience:
Previous internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to exciting projects.

Base Pay:
Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
